1. How much do I have to pay for shipping fee?

Nothing! It's free! All shipping cost to Malaysia and Singapore are on Nicolekiss Boutique. Isn't that great?! Finally something that's free!

However, small additional charges will be incurred for other countries. (please read 3)


2.How long does it take to receive my products?

You will receive your products within two weeks (for Malaysia, Brunei & Singapore) after your payment is confirmed. It's free delivery, so please bear with Nicolekiss delivery pigeons, they are flying as fast as they can. If you have emergency request for faster delivery, you can make your request in the comment section, additional fees depending on weight of products will be charged.

International shipping will take up to 21 days.

3. Do you do international shipping?

Yes, Nicolekiss Boutique ships to any part of the world. However, for countries other than Singapore and Malaysia, a small additional fee of shipping cost will be charged depending on the weight of your purchases.


4. How do I pay for my purchases?

For Malaysian customers, you can pay via Online Maybank2u, ATM Transfer or Over The Counter Direct Bank-in to Nicolekiss Boutique Maybank account that will be given to you once you confirm your order. Sorry Nicolekiss Boutique only accepts payment to Maybank account at the moment.

Cheques are accepted for payment more than RM500 and above only, however it will take longer for your products to be delivered as cheque payments will take few days to clear.

Nicolekiss Boutique only accepts Paypal payment for any other countries than Malaysia. Thanks!


5. How do I place an order?

Fill in your order in the Order Form here. Please note that phone number and mailing address are necessary in order for the products to be sent to you.

If you have any question or if you have special/additional request, please fill in the comment section in the order form and Nicolekiss angels will get back to you as soon as possible.


6. How long do I have to make payment once I place an order?

The items for your order will be kept for 3 days for you to process your order. If Nicolekiss Boutique does not receive your payment within 3 days, your order will be released and items re-open for sale.

Cheque payments are allowed up to 5 days.
